Bill Payment Extension

I am sitting in a hospital with my husband. He is in critical condition. I am over 100 miles away from home. I chatted with a representative several days ago. She arranged an agreement for an extension. Well, evidently they didn't honor that agreement!!! I want to chat with a live agent not the Xfinity assistant.
