Bill Payment broken, unable to pay since moving
I recently moved and ever since then, the website no longer functions when I'm trying to pay my bill. I do have auto pay enabled so that keeps the bill ultimately paid, but that means I can never change the payment method. Ever. Here is what continues to NOT work:
1) paying on website, in any browser
2) paying on incognito page in any browser
3) paying on mobile app
Trying to pay in ANY of these methods results in the following:
- select payment method, New Credit Card
- verify identify
- identity verification times out and sends me to error page 'This is not working...'
This has been happening for weeks so this tells me no one at Comcast has any idea this feature is broken. I would like to be able to pay my bill with another payment method, this is not super critical but it would be nice if this feature, which has worked for me for many years, would actually work now.

Hello user_11e8d5 , I will want to check the new account that created after the move to make sure that all the website and app login information you used previously was linked properly. Everything you are describing sounds like a new profile rather than a transfer. Send us a direct message with your full name and the service address and we can look at both accounts.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

Update:
Here's what DID work - paid on mobile app using Apple Pay. Ok this is nice, but means going forward this is what I'll have to use whenever I want to deviate from my autopay cycle. I guess this is acceptable, but sure would be nice if the website worked. Oh well. I'll take the win here.
