Bill payment app

If I used a bill payment app and I received a trace number for that posted payment, am I able to get my services restored?

Good Morning, @user_rrx23a Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your payment question. I'm sorry to hear that your payment was lost. I definitely understand how important services are nowadays but unfortunately we would not be able to accept a payment trace, once the payment is applied to the account the system will automatically restore your services.
