You can force-close the app, log out, clear the app's cache, uninstall, re-install, etc. Let us know if any of those steps help resolve the code and bill-pay concern! Regarding your checking (account I assume), has your payment method been blocked?
@eddyrock I appreciate you taking time to follow up, and confirm the payment attempt is being made on a laptop and not via App on a mobile device. When logging in with either the primary or a manager profile (the 2 profiles that can make payments), if you haven't tried these troubleshooting steps I'd recommend:
- Clearing cache/cookie history on the device - Try another browser/incognito window - Check browser extensions to make sure nothing is blocking page from being pulled up
Also, if you haven't attempted the Xfinity App is a great place to attempt making a payment. This would also determine if the issue is related to your profile or the device/browser being used.
