Xfinity Customer service is way past the point of being a joke. It's non-existent. These so-called agents you get on phone or chat are clueless how to resolve any issues. The site will NOT let me pay my bill. It will NOT let me add a new payment account. The agents keep sending me to someone else over and over and they all go through the same useless steps.

Have you tried incognito mode with no extensions?
