Hello, @user_52f62c. I know issues with the phone system and making payments is incredibly frustrating and is causing a lot of inconvenience for our customers. We do offer the option to pay online by following these steps here. We also offer the option to pay without needing to log in through our Quick Pay option, at our Xfinity store locations, and through mail/check. Please let me know if you have any questions about our other available payment options.
