Bill Pay fails

For months I am unable to pay my bill.  All methods fron the Xfinity web site.  All I get is a 'sorry' not working now.  After suffering thru the phone robotr I got in touch with a live person.  Again system code never repaired.  I was given a web site to use, & it too fails.  I have followed all troubleshooting methods, & still bill pay fails.

user_7jwttz We certainly want you to have access to every avenue of your account and billing. To check the basics, during your troubleshooting, have you tried clearing the cache/cookies from your browser, a private or incognito page, a different browser, or from different devices? Does the same error appear when using the Xfinity app as well?
