Bill Not Changed As Representative Promised
Ever since I signed up for Xfinity, they have charged me for Xfinity voice. A year ago they told me that they were getting rid of it for me because I had never used it and is issuing a credit. Last week I found out they were still charging me for Xfinity voice and I had never used it. After the representative talked to me for over an hour they promised to take the $30 for Xfinity voice off and credit me for six months and my bill would drop down to $260. Instead, it is up to 3/300 dollars and I am sick of this company and their lies And not being able to get anyone on the phone to do what they promise that they are gonna do. I have been dealing with them for Internet and for streaming service and their Internet service has been ripping me off for months. I don’t know what else to do to get this rectified. I hate to start all over again with the Xfinity or find another provider, but at this point I am sick of it and I don’t know what to do because you talk to the people for over an hour and they tell you that they’ve done something and then you send them a good good reference because they fix your problem and then you look and see does your bill is twice. The amount is supposed to be anyway this is criminal

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
