Bill keeps changing

I’m struggling to get through to customer service that can answer this question. Does anyone know why my internet bill changes every month? I didn't sign up to have to guess how much money it will be every month. Anyone else running into this?

@user_39e339 Good afternoon! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team for assistance with your billing. I can see how your bill amount fluctuating would be frustrating. I would be happy to take a closer to look to see what's happening, and provide you with a resolution. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 

 

 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
