Bill is too expensive

My promotion has ended and now my bill is too expensive.  I would like to chat with someone about new promotions and lowering my bill but it is impossible to get a live person.

Just found out that if you type in the Xfinity Assistant that you want to cancel your service you will get a phone call within minutes.
