Bill is different than Plan

My plan states that I will be charged $65/month while my actual bill came in at $79 for this past month. How can I get assistance with explaining the variance?

@user_3v7ehl I can help you with you bill. Did u recently change your plan? If so, It can take one bill cycle before the changes reflect with your prorated credits. Looking at the bill dates is a god way to determine if the change was made after the bill generated.  Please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you further. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
