Bill increases despite rep saying it would stay the same

I had a bill increase of $30. When I talked to a customer service rep over a week ago, he said that it should stay the same until June of next year. That obviously isn’t the case. What am I supposed to do in this scenario? I’ve had so many problems (over 3 that I can count in the last year and a half alone) with a rep promising one thing and then something else happening entirely. [Edited: "Language"]
