Bill increased?
HI, I was wondering why my bill increased? I think it's still under the promotional period from when I first moved in, and I haven't added, removed, or altered any services. I'm also on autopay, which should be a discount too I think. So why has my bill increased? I've noticed it starting to sneakily climb to a higher rate, and I had planned to start looking for other services if this ever happened. It's unfortunate because for the most part, I've enjoyed my xfinity services. Is there anyway you can decrease my bill to a lower, healthier rate?

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" If necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".
Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
