Bill Increased

My bill increased even though I'm on a contract for two years. This should not happen.

Thanks for posting on our Community forums, user_fwnbad. Has it been a year since you signed the contract? Some promotional offers include lower pricing for the first year and then increases during the second year. If you go to your last statement before the change, on the third page in green lettering you will see the type of promotion you had. Does it say anything about a possible increase once the year is up?

@user_fwnbad  Some costs for basic services/equipment increased, if you review the last page of your November and December bills, it will show what increased. Your promotional pricing would be unaffected by these increases. Let us know if you still have any questions. You can access your statements online at www.xfinity.com or your Xfinity app.
