Bill increased on a price locked contract

Hello, I entered a price locked two year agreement, but now my bill for this cycle has increased. Some assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @user_91d15e Thank you for reaching out to us on our forums. I hope that you are well today, and please know you are in the right place for help. I have been assisting many customers recently due to us receiving the first statement since our prices for equipment, fees, and services recently changed. With a promotional rate that is on a timeframe the cost of the service should not have changed, but you may have seen a cost change if you rent equipment and if you have a service that saw a change in fees. If you look at page 3 of the statement you will see a breakdown in the charges and the first item should be the rate for your services. Below those details it will show you when that promotional rate will end.
