Bill increased from $86 to $125

Why did my bill increase so sharply? Seems rather snake like that I was uninformed that I’m receiving a 45% increase in billing without notice. 

also your mobile app is incredibly laggy.

Do you read your billing statements every month?  Have you compared your latest statement to the past couple of statements?  Your billing statement will generally tell you why there will be an increase.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
