Bill increased from $224 a month to $240 a month in January

I noticed our bill increased yet again in January from $224 a month to $240 a month. This comes on the heels of our bill increasing from $184 to $224 last year. All of these bill increases are starting to put a sour taste in my mouth of using xfinity for our home internet and tv service. I would like to review my bill with someone and see if there is anything you can do to lower the bill, otherwise we will have to begin looking at getting our services elsewhere.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
