Bill increased after transferring address

I requested the internet transfer request to a new address and everything was fine except for the bill. Why am I charged more after the transfer?

Compare line-by-line between the old and new to see what is different. Depending on where you moved from and then to, there could be differences in package prices and/or local taxes and fees.

@andyross​ I checked and the only change is on monthly service charge which is way more than my original bill.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
   Press Enter to send it
