Bill increased after moving to new address!

Hi, my xfinity bill increased from 59.99 to 79.99 after 'transferring' services from one address to the next. I was not aware of this bill increase and was not notified in advance of any bill increase.

Greetings, @user_6d6753! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums! I hope you are having an amazing night aside from the billing issue! We can certainly have a look into this. When you transfer services, they are transferred as is. It sounds like your promotion rate may have come off at the time of your move. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
