I noticed my bill increased $10 this month. Are there any new promotions available? I just have X1 Starter Double Play.

Especially if you weren't aware of any upcoming increases to your services. Have you had a chance to review your full billing statement to confirm whether the increase is from rate adjustments or an expiring agreement? I also recommend reviewing the small print regarding any rate adjustments that would affect you moving forward.
