Bill increased $10 this month

I noticed my bill increased $10 this month.  Are there any new promotions available?  I just have X1 Starter Double Play.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forum for help with your billing concerns, @mbp0222. I understand why you'd be concerned. Especially if you weren't aware of any upcoming increases to your services. Have you had a chance to review your full billing statement to confirm whether the increase is from rate adjustments or an expiring agreement? I also recommend reviewing the small print regarding any rate adjustments that would affect you moving forward. 

 

To view your agreements from the My Account App:

  • 1. Click on "Manage Billing Preferences",
  • 2. Click on "Billing Cycle",
  • 3. Click on "View Contract"

You will then see a list of your legal documents and agreements. You can also see this information when logging into your account online. For more information, follow this link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-find-contract

It appears it's going to increase $23 by next month.
