Bill increase

Hello, my name is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I received an increase saying my bill is going up from $90 to $140 but doesn’t tell me why. I would like to know why.

On page one for your bill under the Your bill explained section you'll find updates about what's different on this bill, compared to your earlier bills.
