Bill Increase

They don't care what they do they say they have the right when their costs go up they can raise the prices. My bill status is $140  some years ago and it was up to $200 something dollars until I dropped it down to a cheaper plan now two years ago my bill was $135 now it's $149 so now little by little they're pulling the same trick it'll be out of sight before you know it I'll get another internet service provided another cable for it that's all

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I had to correct the part where I said it was $140 last month a few months ago wasn't it wasn't that it was that years ago I fixed it though
