My bill has increased two months in a row when I have consent to a promotional deal. You’re overcharging for no reason at all. I will be contacting consumer affairs.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

I am currently going through the same exact situation. It is incredibly frustrating. Idk if I’m being scammed or what but my bill has increased by like $200 and it keeps overcharging us and saying we have a past due balance as well as current balances when the month isn’t even over yet. We just paid them $304 now they’re trying to say we owe them $381 w a past due bill of $181 and current charges from February when we are only 5 days into the month! Something is definitely not right.
