Bill increase

Why did my bill jump from $55/month to a recent charge of $104?!!! I asked the Xfinity assistant and it said my charge increased to $75, which I had absolutely no warning for, and then it said there was a $25 charge for an add-on called xFi Complete that I never signed up for. This is [Edited: Language]. I googled what xFi Complete is and it says that it's an add-on for people with the 1tb service which I did not sign up for. Xfinity is about to lose a customer if they are upgrading my services and increasing my charges without informing me and without my permission. That is horrible customer service. I've had Xfinity for several years and it's never given me any problems like this. But if they are going to pull shady crap like this I will start shopping around for a more trustworthy Internet service.
