Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums, user_lwh4ks. I would recommend checking your billing statements, which are available as PDFs on the Xfinity website or app, to see what changes are happening with your billing. I would assume there was a change in price due to a promotional rate expiring as the most common example, but you can confirm the change on the last statement. Also, on each statement on Page 3, it will show in green text when a discount or promotional rate is estimated to expire as well.
