Bill increase

My promo expired and my monthly charges went up to $75 vs the $45 I was paying. The plans that are on site are less than $75. Am I better off switching providers? Are there any other deals that can help drive these rates down?

Good afternoon @charpow. Thank you for posting your billing issue here today. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and full address, we can check to see what promotions are currently available.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
