Bill increase
Hello, I just noticed that my 2 year contract is ending and my bill is almost tripling. I knew it was going to go up but this is way too much of an increase. Is there any other promotion/contract so I can keep xfinity but at a lower rate?

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Want to talk to live representative. Our bill has increased even though we were told when we signed up that the rate would never change. Please call, Susan [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Don't want to spend endless time on "Chat" with no resolution and no recourse.
