Bill Increase

I called to get a new plan for my Internet service. I have been paying $60 per month for the past 2 years now it is jumping to $126. Was told via chat the best they could do is $110. New customers can get internet for $60. Should I disconnect and get new service?

Keep in mind you can also manage your plan online using the Xfinity Website or Xfinity App as well. These options allow you to review your current level of service and enable you to shop for new offers if you're seeking to adjust or upgrade your plan. It makes managing nearly every aspect of your services easy and all in one place. As long as you are listed as the primary user or manage online, you'll be able to complete any adjustments you need.

We share the same offers as the app, so you can have peace of mind you'll get the best promotion. As an existing customer, I can confirm you won't have access to the introductory offers since they are for a new activation. I know how that can feel as an existing customer, but I wanted to be honest about the offers we can present as we get started. It's very likely we share the same offers as the support agents you reached. That said, I'll be glad to double check.
