Bill increase

My bill increased $30 with no warning or explanation. I have been trying to get xfinity on the phone or chat, but everything is automated and won’t direct me to an agent. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to speak with someone and why my bill increased this much.

user_i396c3, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. When your promotion expires, your monthly cost can increase. You can get into a new promotion by going to Xfinity.com or by using the Xfinity app. We would also be happy to assist you here. 

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
