Bill Increase this Month
I am trying to speak to someone about a bill increase which was not authorized by me. I also did not give prior authorization for the increase. I have been given the run around all evening calling 1-800-XFINITY. It constantly hangs up on me, even after saying I'll be transferred to an agent. The customer service needs some serious work. There is also no chat available on the Xfinity website to speak with an agent. It tells me to call 1-800-XFINITY. I just want my bill back to what it was prior.
