bill increase even after promotions and discounts
im still receiving my promo/ auto pay discount according to my bills, but my regular monthly charges increased from $70 to $109. why did my regular monthly charge increase when i havent changed my plan and currently have the cheapest plan possible?

@user_5407rv Thanks for adding a post to the forum. Reasons for a higher bill can range from the promotion expiring, adding subscriptions, or seeing overages on the account. The latest monthly statement will show the differences, and it can be reviewed through the Xfinity app. If the promotion expired or is in the second year, you can review the latest promotions to keep costs low by signing in here https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels. It will present the current promotions for service.
