Bill increase by about 25%

I have/had the 800 mps plan and the price increased from 86.05 monthly to 108.05 monthly. I downgraded to the 200mps plan to stay within my budget until I can find an alternative to Comcast. Their pricing is getting ridiculous. I've been with Comcast for over 20 years and this is the loyalty they display to existing customers. I've tried calling customer service and the recording keeps repeating with no answer. I think I'm done with them. Sorry for the rant.
