Bill Increase by 33.7 percent
I am highly upset at my bill increase from one month to another I went from paying 190 a month to 254 a month , which is just ridiculous in this economy, mind you I have internet, cable, security and mobile services with Xfinity, you would think they would incentivize long time customers to stay with Xfinity but instead they stress us out by having to shop around and having to decide on another provider due to these increases. I have been with the company since 2020, can someone please help

It sounds like you have had a promotion expire recently, or have been impacted by the 2026 rate adjustments. Rate adjustments typically occur annually (often in December/January), increases stem from rising programming costs and network investments. All rate increases will be outlined on your billing statement 30 days before the change.
