Bill increase by $30

Good Morning! 

I just received an email that my bill is ready to be paid - however I noticed the amount had been increased by $30. I've been paying the same rate since starting my service, and wasn't notified of a significant increase in pricing. I'm seeing online that cost per month was increased by $6 in 2024 for Xfinity customers, but a $30 increase is way outside that ballpark. I've also combed through my account page and can't seem to find an explanation. Please help.

Compare the previous and current FULL bills to see what changed. Maybe you had a promo that has expired.

That certainly sounds like the most likely scenario in that your promotional pricing recently ended and your bill increased suddenly as a result of it.
