Bill increase after router upgrade
This is an email I received in April, stating there would be no charge for the router upgrade we went along with in May. My bill is now $20 higher than it was in previous months, after it had increased by another $20 in January. What the heck is going on here? It feels like you guys are nickle and diming me. Is this the thanks I get for being a customer of yours for *checks notes* over a decade???
