Bill increase 60%

My contract has finished and now my bill has gone up 60%. I've searched for other xfinity plans and I would have to accept reduced performance in order to lower my bill. When I search xfinity as a new customer, I'm able to get my current plan for far less than what I'm currently paying. How am I able to reduce my bill for the same service?

You should be able to view all the options from the plan builder on the website. Have you signed in to the website using your Xfinity user ID? Have you explored Xfinity Mobile? That is really where you will find the most savings when combining the two. Are you currently using our Gigabit Extra service?

Yes I've signed in on the xfinity site and the options are more expensive compared to when I'm not signed in and attempting to sign up as a new customer at my current address. I'm not in a position to use xfinity mobile. I'm not using the gigabit extra service.
