Bill increase $30+ from September to October and showing another increase for November & now there's a serious drop in Internet quality

September bill was $59.12

October increased to $89.12 with NO warning or informing of the increase. 

Now November is showing $94.44 will be the bill?! 

Again with no warning.

On top of this the quality of my Internet over the past few weeks has dropped drastically! 

I cannot afford this increase in price. I need to speak with a living person to negotiate price or to CANCEL and move on from your company.
