Bill I agreed for was raised after we settled on an amount
I had my own modem and was paying $45 per month for internet. They raised it to $81. I spent two weeks working with them, agreed to use their modem and in that period my fees went right back to $81. Finally we agreed on $70 per month and I just got my bill auto taken out at $81!! Needless to say I’m furious as I was constantly lied to by your employees agreeing to a charge that started at $50 and now is where I started but I now have your modem!
