Bill got raised AGAIN

I need some help with my service. Everything is great, BUT the bill keeps being raised within months.. which is just crazy. I may be exaggerating, but I used to pay around $50, then around $70 after the promotion ended I think, and within a year or two, I’m now paying over $120. I love Xfinity, but I just can and won’t be paying this next month. I’m hoping to get some help, or I may just have to look for another service provider.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
