Bill Fraud
Dear Xfinity Customer Relations,
I am writing regarding my Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Mobile accounts. I have contacted your customer service multiple times to update my address. Despite these repeated requests, my Xfinity Mobile service remains linked to my old address while my Xfinity Internet service is linked to the new address. This failure to correctly process a basic account change is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear breakdown in your customer service operations.
Compounding this issue is a pattern of unauthorized overcharges. Per my contract, the monthly rate was $25. Instead, I have been billed as follows:
• June: $65
• August: $75
• September: $96
These amounts continue to rise without my consent or any transparent explanation. Your representatives previously stated that the total charge under the promotional offer for both home internet and mobile would be $65. In reality, I have been charged approximately $50 for home internet plus additional cumulative mobile charges. This constitutes hidden fees and a material deviation from the agreed terms.
I consider these practices misleading and a breach of the terms I accepted. I demand the following actions immediately:
1. Correct the address on my Xfinity Mobile account to match my current address.
2. Provide a full, itemized explanation of every charge from June onward.
3. Refund all amounts billed above the contracted $25 monthly rate (or the properly disclosed promotional rate of $65 for both services, if that was the actual agreed offer).
4. Confirm in writing that no further unauthorized increases will occur.
Contact me at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I expect a substantive response and resolution within a reasonable timeframe. Continued inaction or further overbilling will leave me no choice but to escalate this matter through formal complaint channels, including regulatory bodies and consumer protection agencies.
I look forward to prompt corrective action.
