Bill extension

Hello I need a bill extension. My bank card is being mailed and when it arrives I can pay in full. I have an important phone coming this week for a better work position and I really need to be able to respond. Please help me.

Hello, @user_a783e5, I hope you get that better job! Good Luck :) I don't want you to miss the phone call either. When I have been in similar situations, I have called 1-800-Xfinity. It's really easy to set up a promise to pay using the automated system. Especially when times get busy. We can set this up as well. If you can send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support," we can set up the promise to pay after reviewing your billing details. Just use the chat icon on the top right corner of the screen to send us a "Peer to Peer" message.
