Bill doesn’t reflect current contract
My 12 month promotional contract ended this month. Xfinity automatically set me up with a much more expensive plan that included TV (which I never had included before and never use), so I signed a new 12 month contract that only includes internet. My plan shows the new contract ($60/month) but my bill still shows I’ll owe for the old “updated” plan ($85/month). This is for the upcoming pay period. Can’t get in touch with customer service. Can some please help me resolve this?
