Bill Does Not Reflect What I Was Told By Customer Support
My promotion expired on November 27th. I called the following day on November 28th.
I was told by customer support that my monthly charges would be "grandfathered in"
and be the same. My bill for January does not reflect what I was told by customer support.
The customer support person said my bill would be $246.16. Instead it was for $284.98.
