Bill Does Not Reflect What I Was Told By Customer Support

My promotion expired on November 27th. I called the following day on November 28th.

I was told by customer support that my monthly charges would be "grandfathered in"

and be the same. My bill for January does not reflect what I was told by customer support.

The customer support person said my bill would be $246.16. Instead it was for $284.98.

Hi @njh1955, thank you for posting to the Xfinity Forum to share your billing concerns. I understand why this would be concerning and want to help you by reviewing your account to understand your charges. Some increases will take effect at the beginning of the year. I wanted to ask if you have reviewed your billing statements recently and if you are aware of the changes that would affect the cost of your services? Based on what you've mentioned so far, I wonder if the agent quoted you the rate before taxes and fees or quoted you with the rate before the yearly rate increase. Either way, you've come to the BEST place to get this figured out.

To get started, please send a private message with your full name, as it appears on your billing statement and your service address. To send a message, click on my name, "ComcastChe," then click send a message.
