Bill credit
Hi good afternoon. I was interested in my $10 credit monthly for paying w a credit card. I should get a $10 credit for this payment and moving forward. I’m beyond frustrated I was never told about this and I can’t get through to a real person for the life of me

Hello @user_spmnxb, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced. I can completely understand how upsetting it would be to learn about a billing credit after the fact. To qualify for the Automatic Payments and Paperless Billing discount, the account must be enrolled in both paperless billing and automatic payments using a bank account. Once enrolled, the discount is typically applied within 45 days and may take up to two billing cycles before it appears on your statement. I have also attached an article where you can learn more about automatic payments and paperless billing discount (APPD).
