bill credit

I am contesting the amount of my bill dated July 16, 2024. I experienced 10 days of tv, internet, and voice outages from July 8, 2024 through July 17, 2024. When I try to request credit at Xfinity online it only allows credit for one day ($14.26 total credit) which is not the correct credit in my situation. When I try calling customer service, I am not able to speak to a live rep as the recording tells me there is an outage in my "area" and I will not be able to speak with someone until that is resolved. I DO NOT have an outage at my service address which according to the recording is what is being checked by the system? How can this situation be resolved prior to my bill due date?
