Bill Credit Never Applied After Multiple Calls

I have spoken to multiple agents regarding an issue with my account since November. I was told multiple times that my bill will correct itself but more and more just keeps piling onto my bill and none of it gets corrected. Each time I am promised a solution but here I am in February still with the same issue. I’d like to know why it takes so long and when my account will get resolved.
