Bill credit after canceling

My bill was paid on April 8 for $191.06. I cancelled service on April 10 and it was effective that day as I return the equipment. Shouldn't I be getting a refund?

Hey there, @user_954040! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. That is a great question, after you cancel services with us, you will receive the prorated credit for the days that were billed within the billing cycle, and not used. You can view your billing dates by logging into the Xfinity App, and pulling up a PDF statement.

 

The refunds are generally generated within 30 days of the full cancelling of the account. You will receive an email if you are owed a refund on how to redeem the refund. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns, we are happy to help!
