Bill was paid twice. Received debit Mastercard. I have used it and still have a balance. Would like to know the balance

user_chtjft Just to clarify, is this a prepaid Mastercard that was provided as part of a refund? There should be a phone number on the card itself to call and check the remaining balance. Our team would not have access to that information as we are unable to accept credit/debit/gift card numbers on this platform.
