Bill amount went up

I know that any time a bill is not what you expect can be frustrating, and I appreciate you reaching out so we can check it out with you. Most increases like this are related to a promotion ending/expiring. The best way to confirm that would be with the PDF version of your bill that we provide. I would recommend checking out the last few bills. On page 3, in green under your plan/promotion description, you would see something along the lines of "discount that will end on" and provide a date. If you check out your PDF bill with the steps here, do you see that information?
