bill amount not right despite talking to multiple live agents

i need help yesterday my bill amount was not paid because they haven’t changed the bill amount to the right price.

last agent i talked to said they have made an ticket as well but i don’t see any active ticket on my account. i always paid on time and now the bill amount is so high i don’t want to lose internet for the house and college.
